Who is responsible for your information?
BM Ecom, trading as Noosa Wears, is responsible for the personal information we process to operate this store. We are based in the Netherlands and serve customers in Australia. This policy explains our handling of information when you browse, order, subscribe or contact us.

- Order, payment-status, transaction, refund and customer-service records.
- Account details and preferences if you create an account.

We obtain information directly from you, automatically through our website, and from providers involved in payment, delivery and fraud prevention. Payment providers securely process payment-card information; we do not store your complete card number or security code ourselves.
Why we use it
We use information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery and returns, answer enquiries, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, secure the website, keep legally required records and improve the shopping experience. Where permitted and subject to your choices, we also use it for newsletters, analytics and advertising.

You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Shopify and service providers
Our store runs on Shopify. We share information as needed with Shopify, payment processors, our fulfilment partner, delivery carriers, IT and customer-support providers and, where used and permitted, analytics or marketing providers. For example, our fulfilment partner needs your name, delivery address and order details to ship your order. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

International processing
Your information may be processed outside Australia. We operate in the Netherlands and use a fulfilment partner in China. Shopify and its providers may process information in Canada, the United States and other countries described in their privacy information. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use legally recognised mechanisms and contractual protections.
